The partnership with Bauerfeind.hr was initiated with a clear business objective: to increase online sales and further strengthen Bauerfeind’s position as the leading medical and orthopedic equipment brand in Croatia. Through a strategic, data-driven performance marketing approach, the focus was placed on measurable results, conversion optimization, and sustainable growth.
Challenges and Goals
Porton Nature Hideouts is a premium hospitality concept located near Rovinj, operating in a highly competitive tourism market. Our collaboration initially focused on performance marketing activities aimed at increasing direct bookings and improving overall marketing efficiency.
After achieving stable growth through paid channels and building a strong direct booking foundation, the strategy was expanded to include SEO. The goal was to further strengthen organic visibility, support ongoing performance activities, and create additional long-term growth opportunities.
Solution and Approach
To overcome these challenges, we implemented a targeted SEO strategy, focusing on both technical and content improvements:
→ Technical SEO Enhancements: Validated and corrected hreflang implementation, verified canonical tag setup and removed duplicate/conflicting signals, cleaned XML sitemaps, implemented 301/302/410 redirect strategy and fixed broken internal links, Integrated orphan pages into the internal linking structure through contextual blog placement, Set up Bing Webmaster Tools for AI-powered search visibility (ChatGPT/Bing integration)
→ On-page Optimization: Ensured all title tags are unique, properly structured, and keyword-optimized across all five languages
→ Content Strategy: Conducted comprehensive keyword research across all five language markets, Built keyword clusters around branded terms, accommodation types, camping, seasonal queries, and destination intent, Published 10+ new SEO-optimized blog posts in Croatian with multilingual extensions, targeting top-of-funnel informational queries
→ Off Page SEO: Acquired 10+ high-authority backlinks from contextually relevant domains
